If you fail to send a lot of messages at a time and your ArcaVir 2011 indicates “Massmailing restrictions broken”, do as follows:

1)    Open Main Menu of ArcaVir 2011 and choose “settings” ( top right corner)
2)    Select the tab labeled “protection” then the tab “e-mail protection”. Press the button “advanced settings”
3)    On the bottom of this screen you will find the category “mass shipping”. In the roll-out menu, choose the option “sending lots of letters at a time”

If you fail to send a lot of messages at a time and your ArcaVir 2010 indicates “Massmailing restrictions broken”, do as follows:

1)    Go to ArcaVir Main Menu and press the button “settings”
2)    Roll-off “+”, then select “Antivirus Protection”, the tab “e-mail” and “SMTP (advanced). Select the option “mass-mailing”.
3)    From the roll-out menu choose “I send a lots of messages at a time” and confirm with the button “ok”.
