Email scanner and firewall do not activate

Download and save (e.g. at the desktop) the file: http://www.arcabit.pl/DWT/Utils/switchnetmonlog.exe
2. After downloading the file, run it
3. Restart the system
4. Try to activate the email scanner and/or the firewall
5. Run the file downloaded at 1 paragraph again
6. Restart the system again
7. At
support@arcabit.com send the file C:\Program Files\ArcaBit\Logs\Debug\NetScan.txt with a brief description of the problem
