There are 2 possibilities:

1.    Use device included:

a)    Enter device into the proper drive. The installation should begin automatically
b)    If the installation process did not start, use ArcaVirMenu.exe
c)    After you run the installation program, uninstall the same package an older version of ArcaVir packet and starts the  
       installation of a new versionl.
d)    follow instructions on the screen

2. Entering our Website.

a)    Download installation file from our website at: www.arcabit.com/product_downloads. Save the file on your disk and 
       run it.
b)    After you run the installation program, uninstalling old version should start first thing.
c)    follow instructions on the screen
