What to do when the licence is valid and the message that the licence has expired appears?

If you have a valid ArcaVir program licence, you should check the system date on your computer. If it has expired, you should set the valid one. Then the program will not ask to enter the new licence number. When the system date is valid and the problem still occurs, you should send a message to support@arcabit.com giving a new, but not working licence number and briefly describe a problem.
