Anonymous inform that their attack kicked off The Bivding Group out of the business. One of former executives of the company denied such claims. Annonymous attack on the PR company was a part of „Operation End Monsanto“. They have broken ino Bivding’s database and posted its content.
LobbyWatch, the company that specializes in monitoring PR and lobbying companies, says, Anonymous attack also other companies that cooperate with Monsanto.
The Bivding Group has come under fire in the past. In 2002 it was accused by Guardian journalist of trying to mislead scientific magazine Nature on an influence of Monstanto’s genetically modified crops on Mexican farmers.
