A flaw found in KingView 6.x threatens users of the software. The vulnerability is due to an unspecified error in nettransdll.dll module in HistorySvr component. It can be exploited to cause buffer overflow by sending crafted packets to TCP port 777. A successful attack allows to execute arbitrary code.
The flaw was discovered in version 6.53 (65.30.2010.18018). KingView developers published a patch.
