Up to 13 million customers of Korean Nexon company were put at risk when cybercriminals had broken into company’s servers hosting role-playing game Maple Story. Cybercriminals have stolen names, usernames, passwords and encrypted IDs.
Nexon representatives informed that no data on financial transactions nor bank accounts were stolen. Users outside Korea were not affected.
Maple Story users should change their passwords.
