SANS Internet Storm Centre informs that more than 4000 websites were infected during latest SQL injection attack. „From the information gathered so far it looks targeted at ASP, IIS and MSSQL backends, but that is just speculation“ - said Mark Hofman from SANS ISC.
Visitors are redirected from infected websites to webpages that try to dump malware onto their computers.
